HomeDominican publishes guides, zone data, verified properties and a directory of vetted professionals. Our goal is to help you understand how buying property in the Dominican Republic works.
2. Not advice
Nothing we publish is legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Before you sign or pay anything, talk to a lawyer and, where needed, an accountant or financial advisor.
3. We are not a real-estate agent
We do not act as a licensed real-estate agent, broker or intermediary. We don't negotiate on your behalf, we aren't a party to any contract, and we never receive or hold buyers' money. Any agreement is between you, the seller and the professionals you hire.
4. Example data and accuracy
Some figures are illustrative and marked "(example data)". Yields are estimates, not promises. We do our best to keep information accurate and current, but prices, laws and taxes change, so always double-check before you decide.
5. Using the site responsibly
Please don't submit false information, use the site for illegal or fraudulent purposes, copy its content in bulk or try to disrupt how it works.
6. Sponsored content
"Recommended services" are sponsored and always labelled as such. They go through the same vetting as our agents, but the decision to hire them is yours.
