This policy explains what HomeDominican stores on your device and which third-party services your browser loads. In short: we set no cookies for visitors and use no analytics that identify you, which is why we don't show you a cookie banner.
What we store in your browser

They are needed for a feature you ask for or for how the page is displayed, they don't identify you and they are never sent to anyone.
Statistics without cookies
We count how often each property is opened and how often WhatsApp is tapped, to give professionals statistics. We do it on our server, with no cookies, nothing stored on your device and without keeping your IP. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control or "Do Not Track" signal, we count nothing.
Professionals with an account
If you sign in to the professional dashboard (/panel), we use two strictly necessary technical cookies: the session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a security cookie that protects forms against forged submissions (.AspNetCore.Antiforgery.*). The session cookie lasts until you close the browser or, if you tick "Keep me signed in", for a limited time or until you sign out. The editorial team uses the content management system's own cookies (Umbraco) under /umbraco.
Third-party services your browser loads
Some pages load third-party content. When they do, your browser sends those services your IP address, as with any website. None of them sets cookies through HomeDominican:
- Maps: map images come from the OpenStreetMap Foundation (tile.openstreetmap.org) and the map library from cdnjs (Cloudflare). They only load when a map scrolls into view.
- 3D tours: the libraries come from jsDelivr, only on listings that have a tour.
The WhatsApp buttons and the call-booking link take you to other sites, with their own cookies and policies.
How to clear what is stored
You can clear the site's storage in your browser settings ("Clear site data" or similar). The site keeps working; it just goes back to your system's theme.
If we ever add cookies that are not strictly necessary, we'll ask for your permission first and update this page.
